Customers will receive an uncooked 1.5 kg  «Green Circle» chicken filled with brioche, foie gras and black truffle, and instructions on how to cook it at home.

Other meals included in the package are butternut squash baked with seaweed and brown butter, potato gratin with parmesan and gruyère, and a green salad.

On top of that, an apple cake as a dessert and granola for the next morning’s breakfast. All of the meals can be ordered along with a selection of fine wines and cocktails.

For every dinner ordered, Eleven Madison Park will donate ten meals to local residents experiencing food insecurity via a non-profit association.
